Infertility and Adoption

At our March infertility support group, we discussed choices and options.  There were many options that participants listed, such as IUI/IVF, foster care, sperm donor/egg, adoption, being childless, etc.  The group participants drew a picture of what options they felt most fit for them.  One participant who is currently exploring the adoption process drew this picture.  It depicts a baby being parachuted into their lives.  What is even more remarkable is that he drew exactly what his partner was thinking and visualizing too.  How wonderful that this couple is in sync with their plan and travelling this journey hand in hand together.
