Do you ever find yourself longing for more connection or ease in your relationships?
When we feel distant or disconnected from the people who matter most, it can take a real toll-not just emotionally, but on our nervous systems, physical health, and overall sense of well-being. At the same time, healthy, supportive relationships can be incredibly life-giving. They can help us grow, laugh more freely, feel deeply connected, and move toward shared goals with a sense of meaning and vitality.
Whether you're single and wanting to prepare yourself for a strong, fulfilling long-term relationship, or you're in a relationship hoping to rebuild trust and create more positive patterns, you don't have to navigate it on your own. I aim to offer a calm, non-judgmental space where we can gently explore your inner world together-your sense of self, needs, values, and the places where things feel both painful and life-giving.
Taking a holistic approach to wellness, we'll look at practical, doable shifts that support greater alignment and fulfillment-not just in your relationships, but across life, love, work, and play.

Experience
I have had the privilege of learning about individuals, relationships, and the human experience through both academic study and lived experience.
As a Master of Divinity (Clinical Counselling) student at Tyndale University, my training has equipped me with evidence-informed frameworks, tools, and interventions to support individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational distress. My approach integrates psychological and spiritual perspectives, attending to the ways our relationships-with ourselves, others, and faith-shape our overall well-being.
My interest in relational health is informed by both professional training and personal insight into how family dynamics and marital satisfaction can significantly impact the emotional, relational, physical, and practical functioning of individuals and families. This perspective informs my work with clients seeking greater stability, connection, and meaning in their relationships.
Prior to transitioning into the psycho-spiritual and counselling field, I worked in a multinational consulting firm and earned my Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. This experience allows me to understand the pressures, demands, and burnout often faced by high-achieving individuals in fast-paced professional environments.
More than just my work
Outside of work, I love having real world experiences that get me out from behind a screen and remind me of God, beauty, and wellness. This includes attending concerts and discovering new music, attending fashion shows, people watching and social events, and travelling to new places. Through ongoing conversations with my boyfriend and sister, I'm continually expanding my understanding of global systems, politics, financial investments, and the balance of power that shapes our world. In tandem with a growing spiritual understanding, all of this aligns with experiencing greater degrees of God's redemptive purposes in my life and those around me.
